Description of the house:
Place is close to The mountain view, very fresh air. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the people.
(Suitable for 20 people together. you can open party, you can cook, you can play pool table, and you can do the seafood BBQ yourself or hire our staff!! Because it’s your home.)
The space
the villa is big and independent, which create a private and quiet environment for you. you can hold the rock party or BBQ part (the all equipment included )
Guest access
if you rent whole room, of course you just do what you do under the Thai law.
Interaction with guests
Don’t hesitate to tell us you need help. (such as we can teach you do the local BBQ, or give you some local travel information or even we can take you to local market for buying food for yourself cooking for free)

Location
– It’s only 20 minutes’ walk to Kamala Beach.

Payment
60% deposit is paid to Kamala Height’s PayPal account. After we’ve received the deposit we send you a confirmation of the booking.
The rest, 40%, is paid to owner by check in.
Rental price including:
– Maid service twice a week
– International TV channels
– High Speed Wi-Fi
– Pool cleaning 2 times a week.
– Private garage for ? car and motorbikes.
Other services offered:
We are running Kamala Heights (www.kamalaheights.com).
We offer you, who rent one of the houses we mediate, the same services as we do to our guests at Kamala Heights.
– For breakfast, lunch and dinner provide the menu of local nice restaurant, they will deliver the food into house. If you need BBQ then have a staff to do that.
– Transportation and motor bike can be arranging on request.
– If need any boat trip (like phi phi, james bond etc) or any other activities into Phuket , can be book for you. For more infomation check the video.
Transport from and to airport
We will pick you up at the airport and drive you to your villa. We have our own minibus with room for 15 passengers. If needed we get you another bus as well. The cost is 1300 THB (1 bus) per transfer .
Cancellation
Strict policy: By cancellation the deposit cannot be refunded.
