It has a 65m deep underground bore, which provides limitless supplies of pure, clean water which can be safely consumed even without filtering. This is a huge benefit in Kamala, where reliable water supply is a huge problem.

It has it’s own electricity meter, and so pays the normal Thai price for power, whereas other owners in the Skylight complex pay up to three times the normal price for power.

The Villa is located on Moo 5 Kamala. Moo 5 is a quiet, wide road which leads about 500m up the mountain and goes no further, so there is very little traffic. It is about 1.5km from beautiful Kamala beach, and 2km from Kamala shops. Less than half an hour by foot, 5 minutes by car. The Villa was completed in January 2017.
