Description of the house:

This 4 bedroom and 5 bathroom villa offers spacious and bright accommodation with a nice private swimming pool.

Ideal for one large or two families since the house has 2 living and dining-room areas with 2 big bedroom en-suites each. One unit is on the ground and one on the upper floor.
The ground floor unit has a big open plan living/dining area with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors. Outside these you have a pool and a pool terrace.
The living-room area has a big L-shaped sofa and a large flat-screen TV offering international channels and DVD player.
There is a fully equipped European kitchen, a dining area with a dining table with six chairs and a separate laundry room with washing machine.
There are two large king size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two washbasins and waterfall showers.

The upper floor unit also has an open plan living/dining area with a big comfortable sofa and large flat-screen TV offering international channels and DVD player.
There is a fully equipped modern European kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge freezer, split level oven and hob, extractor, dishwasher, a dining area with a dining table with four chairs and a separate laundry room with washing machine.
There are 2 large king size bedrooms with flat screen TV’s, both with en-suite bathrooms with two washbasins and waterfall showers.

Next to the pool you also have a shower room.

Location

– It’s only ten minutes’ walk to Kamala beach and the central parts of the village.
– It’s five minutes’ walk to the nearest 7-11 shop.

Payment

To book the villa you need to pay a 60 % deposit to Kamala Height’s PayPal account. After we’ve received the money we send you a confirmation of the booking.
The rest, 40%, can be paid to owner by check in.

Rental price including:

– Maid service twice a week
– International TV channels
– High Speed Wi-Fi
– Pool cleaning two times a week.
– Private garage for car and motorbikes.

Extra:

– Electricity is charged by 7 THB per unit.
– You need to pay 20.000 THB in security-deposit when you check-in. This will be returned back to you when you check-out.

Other services offered:

We who are running Kamala Heights (www.kamalaheights.com) offer you the same services as we do to our guests staying at your own house.
– If you want to have you breakfast, lunch or dinner served at your house we can order this for you from a local thai restaurant called Popay .
If you want to make a BBQ at your pool terrace the staff from this restaurant can come to your house and do it for you.
– If you want to rent a car or motor bike we can bring it to your house
.– If you want to go on a boat trip to Phi Phi, James Bond or any other island or do any other activity like visiting Phuket Fantasea we can be book it for you.

Transport from and to airport

If you want we can pick you up at the airport and drive you to your villa and return you to the airport when it’s time to go back home again. We have our own minibus with room for 13 passengers. If needed we get you another buss as well. The cost is 1300 THB per buss transfer.
We can also drive you to and from the beach etc were ever you want to go. Just let us know.

Cancellation

Strict policy: By cancellation the deposit can unfortunately not be refunded.
