The space

Imagine having an intimate villa setting in the heart of exotic Kamala just for you and your chosen companions – Paradisa villa is your answer. This stunning villa offers 3 bedrooms, ideal for couples or small families looking for their dream escape from the world. Only a few minutes drive to Kamala beach, restaurants and shops, decked out with facilities to will please even the most discerning traveller, the impressive outdoor space and expertly decorated indoor area, engage all your senses. Relax on the feather soft bedding, or cool off in the gorgeous swimming pool. Heaven is yours.

With 3 levels the entrance is on the second floor, flanked by an infinity swimming pool and amazing sea view the living room opens its windows to be seamlessly integrated with the outdoor area. A large retractable awning allows time in the water without being in the sun. There are ocean views from the pool and living area as well as being private to unwelcome eyes. The top floor is a large split level entertainment area with large double day beds or a 2 person hammock. The top level is also complete with an entertainers built in barbecue, beach and sink near by to the 6 person outdoor setting. There are 3 large equal size bedrooms each with en-suite and rain shower. There is 1 bedroom on the second level as well as 2 more on the level 1, all with their own balcony.

Payment

To book the villa you need to pay a 60 % deposit to Kamala Height’s PayPal account. After we’ve received the money we send you a confirmation of the booking.
The rest, 40%, can be paid to owner by check in.

Rental price including:

– Maid service twice a week
– International TV channels
– High Speed Wi-Fi
– Pool cleaning two times a week.
– Private garage for car and motorbikes.

Extra:

– Electricity is charged by 7 THB per unit.
– You need to pay 20.000 THB in security-deposit when you check-in. This will be returned back to you when you check-out.

Other services offered:

We who are running Kamala Heights (www.kamalaheights.com) offer you the same services as we do to our guests staying at your own house.
– If you want to have you breakfast, lunch or dinner served at your house we can order this for you from a local thai restaurant called Popay .
If you want to make a BBQ at your pool terrace the staff from this restaurant can come to your house and do it for you.
– If you want to rent a car or motor bike we can bring it to your house
.– If you want to go on a boat trip to Phi Phi, James Bond or any other island or do any other activity like visiting Phuket Fantasea we can be book it for you.

Transport from and to airport

If you want we can pick you up at the airport and drive you to your villa and return you to the airport when it’s time to go back home again. We have our own minibus with room for 13 passengers. If needed we get you another buss as well. The cost is 1300 THB per buss transfer.
We can also drive you to and from the beach etc were ever you want to go. Just let us know.

Cancellation

Strict policy: By cancellation the deposit can unfortunately not be refunded.
